We are currently looking to recruit a Residential New Build Solicitor/Conveyancerfor our successful and well establsihed Legal client in Birmingham. The company specialises in property, family, wills, employment, and litigation and also provide a range of commercial services. As part of the Digital team, you ll require:

Proven experience working with New Builds and sales environmentHold relevant quallifcation such as a Qulaified Solicitor or Licensed ConveyancerA strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and web-based platforms Thorough working knowledge of conveyancing practice and proceduresBe able to demonstrate managing, supervising, training and developing a team Operating in a fast paced department, the Conveyancer will be expected to lead, support, and oversee an established specialist New Build Team whilst also managing their own busy caseload.

As a Conveyancer, you ll also be:

Managing a caseload of new build property matters from the start through to completion; including, sales & purchase, of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensionsEnsure that the CRM is up to date and that all deadlines are adhered toDemonstrate excellent client care, apply technical knowledge and communicate complex legal matters into a commercially astute and understandable formatShow the ability to build lasting working relationships with clients, estate agents and other 3rd parties Generating earnings and budgets in line with the agreed KPI sBe the first point of contact to Manage, Supervise, train and develop the teamConsistently play an active role in the team s business development activities and budgets with the aim of continuing the growth of current and potential of New Build work Salary & Working Hours

GBP40,000 - GBP60,000 per annum DOEFull Time, Permanent
