Join a leading flyer distribution company in London and Surrey. We utilise GPS tracking to target specific areas and increase clientele for businesses like local shops, restaurants, estate agents, and schools.

As a Team Supervisor, you'll need to pick up flyers and maps daily from our office (W3). Living close is preferred but not mandatory. You'll meet the team at the assigned location (usually a train station), brief them with important details for the day, and provide them with a GPS tracker and Paperwork.

Throughout the day, you'll monitor the team using our in-house tracking software and replenish flyers as needed. After settling in, your role will revolve around your organisation and communication abilities. Shifts typically run from 8 am to 2pm or 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with slight variations depending on the location.

Our coverage spans Zones 1 to 6 of London and the surrounding areas, so residing in Central/West London is easier. Please make sure you have your own car for this position.

Wages are from £2,070-2,800 per month depending on your shifts. You'll be contracted as Self Employed, responsible for your own Tax and National Insurance contributions.

Requirements:

- Must have your own car for 4 passengers.

- Able to work weekends

- Hold a clean full UK driving license for at least 1 year.

- Supervisory/Team Leader experience preferred but not essential.

- Good navigation skills.

- Physically fit for walking per shift.

- Basic technology skills, particularly with mobile phones.

- Great organisational skills.
