What you'll be doing
We are looking for a Neighbourhood Team Leader to join us here at CHP. In this role you will provide community stewardship, looking after customer and stakeholder relationships across estates, properties and neighbourhood. Deliver CHP's distinctive customer experience to all customers across the customer journey, enabling them to sustain their tenancy and engage with the community.
Be the team leader for the Neighbourhood Advisors within the District team. This will involve working with other Team Leaders in the other District teams to ensure there is a common way of doing things, effective workforce planning and to ensure all work can be covered during employee absences.Manage initial reports of dissatisfacftion and complaintsfrom Customers working closely with our Customer Feedback AdvisorPerformance management of the Neighbourhood Advisors, and other direct reports as agreed with the District Managers, to ensure targets are met.Ensure health and safety standards are maintained across the neighbourhood, taking appropriate action to ensure compliance. This includes aspects of fire and building safety, cleaning, refuse collection and grounds maintenance, as well as co-ordination of internal and external teams/service providers to deliver to agree standards and timescales. Provide stewardship across the neighbourhood, maintaining our estates and assets to CHP standards, taking appropriate action in partnership with local authorities, police and other agencies. What we're looking for
Minimum NVQ 2 or GSCE or equivalent, or equivalent demonstrable prior learning. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.Tenancy and estate management, eg, successions, tenancy changes, rent collection, arrears, viewings and lettings, inspections. Housing regulatory standards and updated knowledge of Housing legislation. Case management and complaints handling.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to use own initiative and take a flexible approach in managing conflicting priorities under pressure.
