Our team at Sellick Partnership are actively seeking a Neighbourhood Coordinator for a Housing Organisation based in the South East on a temporary basis, to cover a busy period within the business. This role is to ensure there is efficient and effective management of homes and services within the Twickenham, Reading, Hounslow and Slough areas.
Duties of the Neighbourhood Coordinator may include:
Being the upbeat face of the organisation, out on the patch interacting with customers and engaging tenant involvementEnsuring regular inspections of communal areas are carried outCarry out periodic health and safety compliance checks to fire detection, lighting, call systems and water systemsEnsuring void targets are met; and properties are letVisiting prospective tenants in their homes and preparing reports on their housing circumstances and eligibility for social housingTaking an initial response to ASB in the communityRequirements include:
At least 1 years experience working in HousingAbility to travel across the patch (car preferred, mileage available)Ability to complete a DBS
