We have been retained to find a National Group Exercise Manager for an established gym operator going through an exciting period of transformation. The business is planning to enhance their fitness product by giving it more of a premium boutique feel, and as such, the National Group Exercise Manager will play a central role in helping them achieve their strategy whilst inspiring the GEX teams to deliver an incredible customer experience and managing the GEX business day to day operationally and commercially.

Are passionate about group exercise and keep up to date with all the trends across mainstream fitness and particularly the boutique fitness market.See yourself as an innovator with the creative flair to bring new ideas to life.Have senior level multi-site leadership experience within health and fitness possibly as a Regional, National Group Exercise Manager, Regional Fitness product Manager or operational Area Manager/Regional Manager with a demonstrable passion for Group X.Have been involved with directing business strategy and bringing new ideas to life.Have managed budgets and commercial performance in previous roles.Are well versed in analysing and interpreting data.Are adept in recruiting, inspiring and developing exceptional high performing teams.Can work in London 2-3 days week, living within a 2-hour commute. The package includes a competitive basic salary depending on experience, bonus, all travel expenses, private healthcare, life assurance, contributory pension and much more.
