Over the years I have taught a variety of students, ranging from complete beginners, to advanced players, self-taught pianists and students returning to piano from a break. You'll find that I’m a relaxed and easy-going teacher. I deliver enjoyable, educational and well-structured lessons to each and every student.
I like to work within the student’s interests so the genre of music we study is completely up to you. Lessons are very much tailored to your needs and centre around what will benefit you most, in terms of your musical development and your enjoyment of music.

- Overcoming performance anxiety
- Preparing for exams (in Piano, Theory, Nat 5, Higher, Advanced Higher, HNC/HND etc.)

What my students say about their lessons:
"As an adult learner I hugely appreciate Naledi's approach. She is warm and encouraging and happy to discuss what I am finding tricky and happy to get really interested in how best to help. I don't feel as if she's just delivering a standard programme. Rather, it feels very much tailored to where I am at and where I want to be."
M Elton, adult learner
"My 12 year old son is learning the piano with Naledi. He gets to choose what music he likes and Naledi finds the resources to match his interests. She uses his musical ear for sound and rhythm and blends it with learning formal music notation in a natural unforced way. She gets the balance between encouragement and spurring on to do more."
C Urquhart, parent of a teenage student
"Naledi is a fantastic tutor who puts a lot of thought into what to learn and practise. She is patient and encouraging and puts you at ease. If you fancy learning piano or are looking for someone to teach your kids I couldn't recommend her any more highly."
G Haddow, adult learner
