Job Title: Multi-Skilled Operative - Priority Repairs
Salary: GBP34,147.65 per annum
Location: On site with base in Stafford
Hours: 40 hours per week, permanent
We currently have a great opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Operative - Priority Repairs to join our in-house Construction Company, Property Plus on a permanent basis.
We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Operative in the Priority Repairs Team, you will carry out high quality maintenance work to the Group's properties and for external customers as appropriate. You will carry out traditional duties of a multi-skilled trades person, including plumbing, carpentry, wet trades and building plus related finishes, patching and making good tasks as requested.

Skills and experience required:
Multi-skilled trade experience Completion of nationally recognised trade qualification (C&G or NVQ) or an approved certificated qualification (or time experience) Working knowledge of current building regulations, construction industry safety regulations, relevant British standards and codes of practice Experience in maintenance preferably within a social housing background Experience of working with damp and mould solutions Ability to diagnose and prioritise specific work activities and tasks Effective team player Outstanding customer care skills Full UK Driving Licence What we can offer you
