JOB TITLE: Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer

LOCATIONS: Trafford Shopping Centre, Manchester

SHIFT PATTERN: Monday - Friday, 8-5

SALARY: 30,000 - 32,000 per annum

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

Carry out and complete PPM tasks and reactive breakdown works around site. This role will be responsible for fabric repairs and basic facilities tasks with training, the successful candidate will need to be able to work within a maintenance team and support other team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PPM duties include but are not limited to reading meters, L8 water checks, pathway/car park checks, general facilities repairs.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will be able to work well within a team as well as on their own and have experience working within a facilities maintenance team.
