Description

Provide a proactive approach to maintenance and quickly react to breakdowns.Ensure equipment is serviced and repaired efficiently to minimise downtime.Work closely with the operations team to identify potential engineering improvements.Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering function.Take part in routine inspections and maintenance schedules.Assist in project work when required.Support the training of junior members of the team. A successful Multi Skilled Engineer should have:

A recognised engineering qualification (HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent).Experience working within a similar role in the FMCG industry.Strong problem–solving abilities.A good understanding of health and safety regulations.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.The ability to work flexibly according to the needs of the business.
