Our team at Sellick Partnership are actively seeking for a Multi Skilled Electrician for a social housing provide based in Sunderland on a full time basis. Within this role, you will be carrying out electrical day to day repairs, testing, maintenance, and installation work to domestic and non-domestic properties.

Multi Skilled Electrician Day to Day Responsibilities:

To carry out repairs, maintenance, installation, and testing works to Gentoo domestic and nondomestic propertiesTo carry out domestic and commercial electrical installation condition reportingComplete minor elements of multi-skilling associated with the electrical work e.g., small filling/patching to d corEnsure all work carried out meets the minimum standards set by the current Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations (currently 18th Edition)Liaise with Line Managers regarding the status of all workMulti Skilled Electrician essential requirements:

Electrical qualification City & Guilds 2361 part 1 & 2 or equivalent Or NVQ Level 3, Electrical18th Edition; IET Wiring RegulationsExperience working within social housing carrying out electrical worksFull clean UK driving licence
