Assembling components, sub-assemblies, and finished products according to guidelines set by the Production Planner and Production Supervisor Retrieving necessary components according to work orders listed in the Sage system Operating tools and machinery according to provided guidelines Inspecting completed work to verify it meets quality standards Monitoring inventory levels for commonly used parts and informing the Purchasing Coordinator if supplies appear low Participating in company-wide stock audits twice a year Assisting in the receiving department as needed, which includes counting incoming parts, verifying quantities against delivery documentation, and organizing stock in its designated location What do you need?

An engineering HNC or a similar level of experience or qualification Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setting Proficiency in soldering to high standards Comfortability with troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical systems Awareness of Health & Safety protocols, Quality Assurance, and build standards, or equivalent practical experience GCSE-level qualifications in Mathematics and English, or their equivalents If you are looking to contribute your skills to a dynamic work environment and partake in groundbreaking projects, this is the role for you.
