Our client has a superb reputation and provide a wide range of professional services inclusive of surveying, valuation, agency and finance and property management

This client will offer an excellent arena to grow and develop your skills offering superb training and leadership. Your role will involve working within a specialist commercial valuations team providing an expert, professional and consultative service to your clients. You will work alongside colleagues providing valuations on both businesses and commercial buildings as well as liaising with new and existing clients / contacts to further develop the business increase new streams of revenue.

The successful candidate should be a Chartered Surveyor (full RICS membership plus Registered Valuer) with a proven track record in commercial valuation. You will need to be Professional, have good sales and service skills. You must also demonstrate strong analytical skills as well as being a team player and self-motivated.
