Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, preferences, and mortgage needs.Analyze clients' financial situations and provide personalized mortgage advice and solutions.Stay up-to-date on mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends.Effectively communicate the features and benefits of various mortgage products to clients.Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation.Work closely with lenders to ensure timely and efficient processing of mortgage applications.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.Keep abreast of changes in mortgage regulations and provide guidance to clients accordingly. Successful candidates will have :

CeMAP qualification or equivalent is essential.Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor within a brokerage firm.In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
