We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced broker to join a diverse business. As well as specialising in residential mortgage advice, the firm also has a commercial alarm, that will allow you to advise in specialist areas such as commercial and bridging to ensure that you can help a variety of customers with their finance needs.

You will be provided with the support and development to become a successful Mortgage Adviser.

Leads can be provided, however there is a still a level of self-generation expected.

Uncapped commission

This is a remote role, however the ideal candidate would not live further then 1-2 hours so that they can visit the office when needed.

Responsibilities:

Mortgage Advice:

Carry out assessments of clients' financial situations, goals, and requirements to determine their mortgage needs. Research and analyse various mortgage products and options available in the market. Provide expert advice and guidance on mortgage options, interest rates, terms, and repayment plans. Present and explain mortgage offers to clients, highlighting the benefits, risks, and suitability of each option. Submitting mortgage applications accurately and efficiently. Liaise with mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other parties involved in the mortgage process to ensure a smooth and timely transaction. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and mortgage market trends to provide clients with the most relevant and reliable advice. Protection Advice:

Assess clients' protection needs by understanding their financial obligations, family circumstances, and future goals. Recommend appropriate protection products such as life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and buildings and contents insurance. Explain the features, benefits, and exclusions of protection products to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the coverage provided. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their changing needs and provide ongoing mortgage and protection advice. Cultivate professional networks and collaborate with estate agents, solicitors, and other industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
