Due to business expansion, our client is recruiting for an employed Mortgage Adviser to become an integral member of the team.

In this position of Mortgage Adviser you will be responsible for:

Your own diary management – taking initial enquiries and booking in appointments.Office based with the ability to work remotely with some client home visits required.Specialist and unique mortgage and protection advice to a vast range of customers.All leads will be provided from new enquiries to existing customers.Supported by an experienced admin team, allowing you to focus on giving great advice and maximising your earning potential. This role would be Ideal for those with some experience as an existing Mortgage Adviser that are perhaps currently from an Estate Agency or Banking background but who are proactive and looking to take the next step in their career. Or someone who is qualified with no mortgage experience but perhaps a background in sales.

Skills required:

CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)Sales historyExcellent communication skills particularly on the telephonePreferable some mortgage experience or knowledge of financial services This is a permanent employed position with a basic salary of GBP25,000 to GBP30,000 and realistic OTE of GBP70,000 per annum.
