The Role
As a Mobilisation and Transition Lead, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll be responsible for the strategy and management of all activities of an MoD contract to Babcock delivery.
Day to day, you'll act as Babcock's single point of contact for all matters of mobilisation and transition managing process, planning and collaboration with all key stakeholders throughout the mobilisation and transition period.
Produce and manage the contract mobilisation and transition plan and cultural overhaul plan.Monitor individual work stream mobilisation plans.Support tender writing and advise on project plans. Attend as the Babcock SME on all mobilisation and transition meetings.Support and advise all other work streams on the management of mobilisation activity.This role is full time, 37 hours based on site at Andover with hybrid working from home arrangements.
Experience required of the Mobilisation and Transition Lead:
Advanced change and project management skills.Sound knowledge of Health & Safety and TUPE Legislation and practices.Computer literate in all Microsoft packages.Mobilisation experience.Qualifications for the Mobilisation and Transition Lead:
Degree or relevant working experience.The successful candidate must be able to achieve BPSS and SC security clearance for this role.
