In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless service transitions through effective project management, placing a strong emphasis on maintaining service excellence. This client-facing position demands a skill set that includes strong analytical abilities, clear communication, and adept stakeholder management, all while fostering a dynamic and collaborative approach. As a Mobilisation Lead, you'll take ownership of client relationships and play a pivotal role in creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project delivery with a focus on documentation, progress tracking, and stakeholder management. Establish and enhance transition plans, ensuring efficient planning, tracking, and delivery of programs and projects. Implement governance strategies, manage meetings, and track key project elements such as risks, issues, and dependencies. Conduct stakeholder due diligence, align communication strategies, and issue regular project bulletins. Drive operational readiness, develop cutover plans, and manage support and governance during the transition period. Oversee the transition to business-as-usual, ensuring documentation completion, service excellence, and lessons learned reviews. Experience and knowledge

Thorough understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Deep understanding of Facilities Management and transition processes, including TUPE. Senior-level experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) and embedding best practice. Qualifications in portfolio, project, and/or program management (e.g., APM, P3O, PRINCE2).
