Randstad C&P are currently seeking a highly skilled and versatile Mobile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our clients Facilities Management team, covering commercial properties in Dundee and the surrounding areas. This role requires expertise in electrical maintenance, HVAC systems, and a proactive approach to handling a variety of tasks.
This is a full-time, permanent position and the main working hours will be Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week.

Carry out planned, preventative maintenance tasks.Conduct routine and emergency checks on lighting systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.Undertake regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems to guarantee optimal functionality.Efficiently replace and upgrade lamps, bulbs, and lighting fixtures, ensuring a well-lit and safe environment.Address minor plumbing issues and repairs to uphold the functionality of facilities.Engage in fabric maintenance, including repairs and improvements to building structures and interiors.Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults promptly to minimise downtime and ensure operational efficiency.Undertake a variety of mechanical tasks as required, showcasing versatility and adaptability in the role.Qualifications and Experience:
