Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer

Location: This is a field based, mobile position covering the Southampton & Portsmouth regions (postcodes SO & PO)

Salary: 29,705 - 45,209 Plus benefits (see below)

The Role:

Maintenance and repair of the Gas Plant, including fabric & basic electrical tasks of the commercial buildings as required under contract.Maintenance testing, fault finding on a variety of equipment such as boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, batteries, small power and lighting (where applicable)To ensure all PPM and Reactive tasks are completed to the required legislative standards.To ensure all required paperwork is completed and submitted within timescales.Participation in the on-call rota

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)The ideal candidate has experience working as a gas engineer and within the facilities maintenance industry.Building services backgroundCity & Guilds Level II/III/equivalentMust have a driving licence.The Benefits:
