On-site Chemical Investigations: Conduct on-site investigations into hazardous waste materials, ensuring safety and compliance at all times. Collections and Maintenance: Organise collections from client sites for proper disposal and maintain the provision of packing materials on-site. Documentation and Compliance: Technically assess, segregate, label, and pack waste on the client's site in compliance with all relevant regulations. Accurate completion of documentation is essential. Team Support: Collaborate with your team to ensure efficient material collection and loading operations. Key Skills and Qualifications Required:
Chemistry Background: Hold a degree or HND in a chemistry-based subject to demonstrate your expertise. Hazardous Waste Knowledge: Possess knowledge of hazardous waste and related processes. HSE Legislation: Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation as it pertains to hazardous waste is essential. Valid Driving License: Must have a valid driving license and ideally experience in operating a 3.5-ton vehicle (or the willingness to learn). Independence: Exhibit the ability to work with limited supervision while maintaining high standards. Communication Skills: Offer excellent communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients.
