This has been a cherished workhorse. It has had roofing tiles, rubble, and all sorts of gear inside, from diving gear to fishing tackle and holiday items. Sheets of Kingspan and plywood on the roof,
Seven seats all working, with headrests, as seven of us went on a school trip to Holland in it.
It has a new MOT.
Lots of extras
Roof bars, heavy duty rack, lighting bar.
Aftermarket sensors front and rear. With both front and rear camera (Front camera needs a fettle)..
Alko rear tow hitch with double electrics.
The three front tow hitches have standard ball, Alko ball and pin and ball.
The front receiver was designed so that I could attach a boat trailer and 12v winch to it and then winch the boat onto the trailer 2:1, (it never happened, got rid of the boat).
There is a ChipXpress (remapped chip) included and some unused snow chains to fit the wheels.
The boot not only has a heavy duty rubber mat but also some wagon side plastic canvas that has been welded to make like a flexible waterproof bucket, so when we put wet gear in and it didn't damage the boot area.
Timing belt and clutch changed at 100,000. Has been serviced approx every 6 month or at least an oil and filter change. Its a genuine vehicle that has been well maintained.
Road tax for vehicle is £395 due to its age which is good. Not like some of the more recent models!!
Down side
I had pipework on rear aircon replaced, 12 months later leak on aircon system, so no aircon, but you do have 6 windows that open and a sunroof!!
Chip on windscreen, been there for 4 years and hasn't cracked, not in visible area, so no problem with MOT.
Front offside wheel arch showing signs of rust bubbling. Alarm system could do with sorting as only have 1 working remote.
The satnav did not work when I got the vehicle, and went years ago.
Otherwise I believe everything else is working, it is a fantastic vehicle.
Am hoping to go away in it at the weekend with the caravan.
With respect, no tyre kickers please.
