Full time: Monday to Thursday (08:30am - 5:00pm) Friday (08:30am - 2:00pm)Holidays: 20 days + bank holidaysPension + health packagesBased on site Duties of the role:
Analyzing and managing fermentation processes.Monitoring yeast and bacteria.Ensuring product quality.Conducting microbiological testing.Developing strategies and controlling contamination.You will play a crucial role in maintaining the microbiological balance essential for production of wines and spirts. Experience required:
