This is the very sad sale of a much loved adventure van. Unfortunately I do not have the funds required to get it through the mot at so am forced to sell. Its been everywhere and is a beast, on any terrain and in any weather. Genuinely been one of the best vehicles I have owned. Will be sad to see it go.

Main issues for mot recently lapsed (will be sorning on the 1st if not sold previously) -

Mainly some welding that I don't currently have the skills or finances to complete (approx 600).

Other mot issues include -

Small side indicator light needs sticking back in

Drivers door does not open from the outside

Someone drove into the wing mirror the day i took photos so that will now require new glass and duct taping/or replacing.

The brace on the petrol tank has come loose and needs replacing. Now dragging on the floor and needs bracing before moving)

Other non mot related 'bad points'... its old, and had some tough experiences somewhere along the way.. any bells and whistles on this van are long gone, or never existed.. very old school.. windy windows ect ect and the heating is intermittent at best. The coolant light has been on since have owned it. Did check with the garage once but they couldn't work out anything was wrong and it never over heated so they turned the light off. It came back on a couple of days later.. driven for at least a year since that and never gets much above 80 even fully laden. Front van speakers don't work at all. Sound hideous.

Good points -

Low mileage for the type of van. The engine is a dream.

Reliable...starts first time every time even at minus 5 after sitting for a week. Immensely fun to drive and pulls like a little train. Engine and gearbox have never had any issue with whatsoever

This van rarely wants for anything, except the odd service which it does also need (oil light intermittent, level ok but could do with a change).. and the good ol mot.

As its an old fridge van it's incredibly well insulated and so the inrermittent heating/lack of modern air conditioning isn't ever a big issue. The van also has a rear diesel heater used by previous owner if required but have never needed it.

Ample storage and space from the cupboards and high top and all electrics working as they should, including 6 spotlights, usb charger, plug sockets and 2 large soundsystems. Front and back. It all runs off two 12v leisure batteries.

Seating area turns into large double bed with single bed above (cushions/mattreses not included)

Oven runs on gas/Empty gas bottles are included but unused and untested since have owned the van. Could likely do with a professional clean.
