Purpose of Job

Responsible for making sure all aspects of M&E designs are in accordance with the design guidelines and standards. Provide strategic and tactical design management support to the Design Management Team Key Responsibilities

Representative for their construction projects in EMEA Region. Advise on the proper implementation of the client design process. Feasibility studies. Monitoring project designs and review to ensure Client standards are being adhered to. Project completion reviews and sign off and acceptance on behalf of the Client. Skills & Qualifications

Electrical Bias Engineering Designer/manager with good all-around experience M, E & PH. Min 7 - 10 years experience. Excellent client relationship skills & Communication skills. Degree level qualification in appropriate subject matter. Technical and / or project related qualifications an advantage Must have design experience of trading floors, high end client dining and meeting room facilities,Comms Room, kitchen and restaurants, auditoriums and multi media Plus Points
