Due to continued growth, Venture People are openng a new accommodation service in the Littlehampton area. Providing support for people with mental health diagnosis to live independently and assist with community engagement, working to prevent crisis and hospital re-admission.
Having succesful accommodation services in the Sussex area, we are able to support individuals leaving more formal mental health settings including hospitals. We provide a safe and supported accommodation service which can act as a bridge to further independant living.
At Venture People, we do not provide perosnal care, but seek to work with our clients, overcoming obstacles and identifying possible triggers to help them transition into a community setting and taking care of their own space.
Our new service will include a number of self contained units and to ensure we are proviuding the best support possible, we will be including waking nights cover. You will be beased in the on-site office, but be available to provide support and guidance to any clients needing additional help or experiencing a crisis.
You will typically work longers nights and therefore fewer weekly shifts and an enhancement to cover unsocial hours. We offer a full induction and ongoing trainning alongside work shadowing and regular supervisions with your line manager.
This helps us to ensure our staff are provided with the best possible development and training, enabling them in turn to provide the highest calibre of support. All action plans are agreed with our clients and with their direct inut ensuring that ur clients remain at the heart of our service
