The project is in 2 parts. One service is providing dedicated support to a client with complex needs and due to the nature of these needs, we are seeking a female only service, covered under the Equalities Act 2010, Part 7 Paragraph 26.

We are ideally looking for staff with some experience in mental health - either personally or professionally, with an endless amount of patience and high levels of emotional and psychological resilience. Some of the work will be challenging, but exceptionally rewarding as you see our clients re-engaging with the local community and regaining their independence with your support.

We focus on recovery and support our clients in regaining independence and control over their own lives and making their own decisions. Some of our clients have experienced hospitalization due to their mental health and this project offers a pathway to support better integration and prevent re-admission. The accommodation service is not intended as a long-term solution, more as a step forward to greater independence.
