The Role:
I have an opportunity for an experienced Registered Mental Health to join an Occupational Health Team in Glasgow. The organisation combines expert advice and clinical services with smart systems to deliver impact driven health programs.
The role is based in Govan and you will be required to work 2-3 nightshifts every quarter.You will provide expert, evidence-based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice when mental health is a factor.You will provide professional, comprehensive and evidence based written reports and ensure that the correct advice in relation to fitness to carry out role is communicated to the Client, escalating where clinically appropriate.You will also deliver training and awareness sessions to Mental Health First Aiders and others workplace stakeholdersYou will be a qualified or Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, a diploma or degree in Occupational Health is preferable and have previous case management experience

You will need to be a Registered General Nurse or qualification in adult nursing
