Due to an increase growth, I m recruiting for case managers to join a successful occupational health organisation who specialise in improving mental and physical health in the workplace.

Duties

Complete telephone assessments to establish reasons for ill health/injuryProvide advice and work closely with the team members to create a tailored health care plan for the individualSupport the delivery of a range of stepped care interventions to those with reactive life events and common mental health problemsDemonstrating empathy and effective listeningEffectively identify and appropriately escalate any safeguarding issuesManaging multiple cases to meet customer deadlines and service standardsWriting reports for clientsEnsure all information is accurately recorded The person

Qualified Counsellor/CBT Therapist/ Mental Health NurseProviding high quality interventions in accordance with NICE guidanceHold excellent communication and rapport building skillsA passion for helping people and an interest in health and wellbeingTeamworking skills to collaborate with other healthcare professionalsBACP Accreditation or happy to work towardsA passion for helping people and providing excellent customer serviceActive listening skills empathetic approachAbility to understand the impact of work on an individual and the impact of ill health on an individual s ability to workAbility effectively manage workload to meet to deadlines and service standards Benefits
