The National Community Hearing Association (NCHA) is the professional representative body for community hearing care providers in the UK. The NCHA and its members are committed to better hearing care for all. We shape the future of hearing care by working with governments, the NHS, third sector and partners across health and social care.
The NCHA has a new opportunity for an ambitious and experienced public affairs specialist to help transform hearing care in the UK.

The successful candidate will bring to the role vision, ambition, a commitment to succeed and a solid background in policy development and public affairs. There are also opportunities to advance within the group structure and to join the Executive Team. Ability to build positive relationships with private, public and third sector organisations and advise senior people
Excellent written and oral communication skills – an ability to write for various audiences and a confident public speaker.
Good understanding of UK policy and the policy-making process (experience in healthcare desirable)
