We're collaborating with a professional membership organisation to hire a Member Relationship Manager. In the Member Services Department, your main responsibility will be to manage important membership processes, including onboarding, account maintenance, renewals, and off-boarding.

Role OverviewThis is a permanent full-time position, requiring 35 hours per week. The role involves working in the London SW4 office two days a week. The salary ranges from GBP45,000 to GBP50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
In your role as the Membership Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for supervising processes that facilitate the capture, retention, and maintenance of essential membership data. You will also manage the annual renewals process and administer the Audit Leaders and Leaders Forum services. Additionally, you will collaborate with another Member Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of Group memberships and associated relationships. Moreover, a key aspect of your role will be to support the Head of Member Services in coordinating day-to-day activities across the function.
About you
Experience of working in a customer service role within a professional body or educational environment. Marketing/sales experience Proven and consistent attention to detail and a genuine focus on process quality Able to analyse and interpret statistical reports. Proficient with Word, Excel and database systems Well-developed organisation and administrative skills. Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team. Numeracy skills Ability to/experience of undertaking desktop research.
