Mentor and train new members of staff.Ensure all work completed adheres to procedures and permit to work systems.Supervision of the Mechanical Maintenance Team.Manage various mechanical equipment, from gearboxes, mechanical seals, and pumps.Communicate effectively with multiple departments.Reporting into the Mechanical Engineering Manager.Professional development available with internal and external training.
