Our client is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Fitter to mechanically assemble and build their machine products. The Mechanical Fitter will have experience of working with manual lathes and Pillar drills.

Key Responsibilities for the Mechanical Fitter

Ability to follow and read instructions to mechanically build and assemble machinesFitting parts including wiring looms and displaysComplete all paperwork and documentationOrganise and keep tooling in good order Key Experience for the Mechanical Fitter

Solid Mechanical Engineering background ideally NVQ or time servedCompetent using machine shop precision measuring equipmentAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsOperate a variety of hand/ machine tools Please apply as directed!
