Mechanical Estimator required for our client, they are a specialist HVAC and construction services company that offer service, maintenance, design and installation of various mechanical systems such as; plumbing, heating, air conditioning, ventilation etc. to the commercial and domestic market. The Mechanical Estimator will be involved in design and build projects, within various sectors including; offices, schools, apartments, health care etc. Values typically range from GBP2m to GBP15m.

The Estimator will be office based, in Lancashire and will need to have a proven background preparing detailed cost pricing and estimates for mechanical packages / building services for commercial sites. The Mechanical Estimator will be required to prepare and present tenders to specifications and drawings as well as attend site meetings and handover meetings to contacting team on successful tenders. Knowledge of system design for mechanical services, predominately plumbing and heating systems.
