I am working alongside a local authority that has undergone a major change process in recent times, transforming its frontline customer-focused services to deliver a more joined-up Cohesive service.

Role

They are looking for an M&E Project Manager, who will lead a major works M&E scheme.

Have a vast understanding of Mechanical and electrical works, carried out on residential and communal properties Overseeing Emergency lighting, Dry rises, access panels, and smoke detectors. Manage contractors to time and budget, giving progression reports to the line manager.

If you are motivated, by taking a complex program from inception to completion, this is the role for you.

You will hold your head high at the end of a work day, knowing you re making a difference to the Council and the residents.
