The combo comes with an upgraded Celestion G10 Gold Alnico speaker (£185) fitted instead of the stock Junior V-Type (£60) so the clarity, depth and range of sounds matches the 'Plexi' tones far more accurately. The amp has only been used for rehearsals and studio work and has not been gigged. I have run it clean (not driven at full volume) as a pedal platform where it excels with the two channels patched.
