We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing Medical company in Surrey. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating marketing campaigns for our products and services, as well as conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least one year of experience in marketing, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry. You will also need to have strong written and communication skills, as well as a good understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies. You will be working closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to achieve our marketing goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for our products and services, in line with our brand identity and target audienceCreate and manage engaging content for our website, social media platforms, newsletters, brochures, press releases and other marketing materialsConduct market research and analysis to evaluate customer needs, preferences, feedback and satisfaction, as well as competitor activities and market trendsMonitor and measure the performance of marketing campaigns using various metrics and tools, and prepare reports and recommendations for improvementCoordinate and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, webinars and other marketing activitiesBuild and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, partners and stakeholdersCollaborate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure the quality and consistency of marketing deliverablesStay updated on the latest developments and best practices in marketing, especially in the medical or pharmaceutical industry Requirements:
