MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:

Managing and creating appropriate long and short form copy and digital content for a variety of channels Leading on design and development of digital, social and print assets across the organisation and for marketing activities Project managing complex print, design and video production projects, including working with participants, colleagues and partners in government and the third sector Designing and content developing website in collaboration with agency Owning the design and delivery of the recruitment marketing strategy to attract and convert high-caliber candidates to our graduate scheme Consistently evaluating and analysing social media and marketing data to identify risks and address any challenges Developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies to raise the profile of the charity Evaluating and improving marketing campaigns with possible solutions to fit within budgetary constraints Working towards set KPIs to achieve org wide outcomes MARKETING MANAGER ESSENTIALS:
