As the Marketing Manager you will be given the opportunity to manage, plan, develop, implement and optimise a variety of the paid campaigns across multiple fashion products on all paid media and organic channels including social media, PPC, SEO, Display, Affiliate and more with a primary focus on Facebook and Instagram. This is very much a hands on role that is core to the business growth strategy within our paid media and organic channels.

Planning paid media campaigns across multiple social channels, affiliates and display partnersOptimising and executing strategies and tactics against paid social plans, affiliates, display partners and organic channels utilising platforms, third party agencies and internal tools, as required to deliver efficient and profitable Paid Social campaigns that meet individual KPI's from new customer acquisition to a positive ROAS targetCritically analysing the performance of campaigns, identifying opportunities to optimise, facilitating changes to hit and exceed company expectations and KPI's.Project managing activity and processes across multiple campaigns and channels.Produce high quality reports and presentations whilst being able to accurately measure forecasts vs actual outcomes, then analysing the data to create actionable tactics and strategies for further growth, optimisation and critical thinking.Maintaining an in depth understanding of the marketing and social landscape as well as maintaining relationships with account managers in multiple areas. Experience of directly managing Paid Media.Proficient in Google adwords and Bing AdsProficient in Google analytics and Google Merchant centreProficient in managing google shopping campaignsUnderstanding of Adwords scripts/product feed manipulation and Bid strategiesStrong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate data to produce actionable insights.Previous experience of working bid management platform will be advantageous.Experience working with Facebook Business Manager to implement and optimize campaign performance (desired)Experience working on retail brands, preferably within the faction sectorAn in–depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Social campaignsAn understanding of core marketing principles for multiple channels both paid and organicKnowledge and experience of using photo editing packages, HTML and CSS code knowledge, any experience in live streaming and social group management would be advantageousFacebook Blueprint certified; Google Advertising Fundamentals Exam – would be a plusA great understanding of Google analytics and other web analytics packages Job Offer
