Job Role:

The role of the Marketing Executive (Graphic Design and Social Media Executive) is to support the Sales & Marketing team with producing marketing collateral to promote the business through the generation of marketing campaigns including social media, website, webinars and any other marketing material as required.

The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time and deadlines.

Job responsibilities:

Conceptualise, design, and produce a range of digital, photographical and traditional materials that increase our brands luxury exposure and demand. These include, but are not limited to comprehensive ad campaign creatives, blog publications design, direct mail, banners, internal graphic elements, web and social media assets, corporate design, and Professional Beauty collateral

Assure that online materials properly reflect our brand, messaging, tone and luxury beauty focussed approach

Manage production elements for all materials: review art direct illustrators, and maintain, organise, and archive artwork files

Other design duties as assigned to advance projects, initiatives, and campaigns

Study competitor brands and present your findings/recommendations to the team

Skills Requirements:

Proven graphic designing experience

A creative team player who will contribute new luxury design ideas

Educated to degree level or equivalent

Willingness to approach projects with a can-do attitude and create processes where there isn't one

Expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat;

Familiarity with design software and technologies such as Premier Pro, After Effects

Experience with all Adobe Creative Suite applications

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint)

A keen eye for aesthetics and details

Ability to communicate, collaborate and advocate ideas as well as execute, take ownership and be hands-on

Ability to work in high pressure environments and work to defined deadlines
