Salary £24,500 - £25,948 pa plus benefits

We are looking for someone to join our lively, creative and proactive marketing team to support our ambition of becoming the world’s most sustainable university. As a marketing assistant, you will support several functions within the marketing department. You will assist with design, events and campaigns whilst maintaining and updating our website. You will aid in the creation of engaging digital content and help to plan and deliver both face to face and online events. This role is a brilliant opportunity for anyone looking to enter the world of marketing and will provide you with all-round marketing experience.
Your accountabilities and responsibilities include:
Monitor the website requests inbox and respond to requests. Carry out the annual website audit with external stakeholders.
Work with the website manager to design and create new pages.
Create event assets such as names badges, signage, banners etc.
Assist with the running of face-to-face networking events or attending exhibitions/ recruitment events to work on a stand.
Our main requirements:
Further education level qualifications or a proven track record in a similar role.
Experience in stakeholder management.
High level of accuracy and consistent attention to detail. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite predominantly InDesign and illustrator.
Ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of activities and campaigns.
