Barchester's Central Marketing team have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Administrator to join us. We are looking for an experienced, customer-focussed administrator with plenty of experience in a corporate environment. You will be confident in your ability to represent a large, premium brand, supporting the marketing team in developing campaigns within Barchester's agreed strategy, and demonstrating a clear return on investment. This role will predominantly focus on our extensive new builds programme, so we are looking for someone with excellent time and budget management skills, and a keen eye for detail, with a clear focus on customer experience. This is a permanent position, and we are offering a hybrid working environment, with weekly travel into our head office in Central London.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:• Administration experience within a corporate environment, with a specific focus on customer experience• Ability to clearly demonstrate return on investment through various reporting methods, including excellent knowledge of Excel• Experience in budget and time management• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously• Ability to commute into London on a weekly basis
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Source an appropriate name for the new homes and manage the approval internally and with the local authority• Setup the enquiry management process for each home, ensuring a smooth customer journey.• Plan and implement offline marketing campaigns to drive enquiries into each home• Liaise with media, creative, and print agencies, to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and messaging on-brand.• Maintain trackers for each new build home including monitoring spend and schedules• Competitor analysis including presentation of key findings• Work with our signage contractor to produce temporary and permanent signage solutions for each home• Ensure all print messaging is on brand• Support local marketing and community engagement with the provision printed collateral and our web-to-print system• Support with the preparation and delivery of the grand opening event for each new home • Work collaboratively with Barchester's digital, PR and customer experience teams
