Marketing Manager Hertfordshire Based / Hybrid 37.5 Hours per week, Permanent role The role: Our client an entertainment company based in Hertfordshire, are recruiting for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for setting out the marketing strategy and delivering all the marketing activities in conjunction with the dedicated marketing team of 4, including social media, building communities, advertising, events, influencers, license holder relationships and external communication. You will play a key strategic role in the launch of new products globally. Skills and Personal Profile: An effective team leader. Willing to travel within the UK and internationally. Proven success in a marketing or commercial role, ideally within toys or collectibles or an entertainment company A passion for story telling and engagement. Strategic thinker with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactive and hands on attitude. Commercially aware and numerate. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, & drive customer acquisition Create compelling and creative campaigns that align with our brand identity and resonate with their target audience. Manage and optimize their digital presence, including social media, website, email marketing, and online advertising. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Oversee the creation of captivating content, including visual assets, articles, videos, and more, to engage and educate our audience. Develop and execute our influencer outreach program. Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
