Underwriting new business accounts from an allocated portfolio of brokersFocusing on a positive portfolio, working toward targets and ensuring KPI's are metWork closely with brokers, ensuring high service levels and profitable relationshipsLiaise with other business functions (i.e. claims & credit control) What you'll need to succeed

Experience within Cargo & Freight is essential (would consider candidates from a broking background)Competent understanding of technical underwriting, philosophy and Company trading strategy3–5 Years experience within insurance operationsExcellent communication skills What you'll get in return
