Commemorative Program for the tour of Japan in 1959 by Margot Fonteyn and Michael Somes, performing with The Komaki Ballet Company.

Mainly in Japanese with some English, with black & white photographs. It looks as though there were seven performances in February and March, 1959 with Swan Lake and Sleeping Beauty being the ballets performed.

The program includes a typed dedication on rice paper signed by Margot Fonteyn.

The publisher is not known but assumed to be the ballet company. However there is a set of Japanese characters on the back cover which may provide more information. The publication date is assumed to be 1959 as that is stamped on the cover but it may of course been printed the year before.

The book is in very good condition with no annotations apart from the dedication.
