As a strong leader, you will possess a number of qualities including good communication skills, empathy, and technical expertise, and develop and maintain healthy working relationships with your team.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you will have previous manufacturing experience within an FMCG environment, where you have effectively led and managed a team through KPI delivery, effective people management, and strong communication skills.
