Our client, a specialist plastics manufacturer, is looking for an experienced production engineer. The role will sit within their manufacturing facility, focusing on the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing product designs, supporting, and delivering projects, and transferring products from pilot production to full production phase, with all necessary validation.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: -

A strong background in a specialist plastics / polymers manufacturing roleKnowledge of injection moulding and extrusionKnowledge of Lean technologies / continuous improvement tools / techniquesStrong process validation experience

This is a key role, to ensure customers needs are met with a skillset required that will cross design, manufacturing, and projects.
