We are currently seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows. Design, modify, and optimize production equipment and tooling to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new projects and process improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control procedures. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, technical issues, and inefficiencies. Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve overall productivity. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate new materials and components. Provide technical expertise and support to production teams during product assembly and fabrication processes. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and participate in root cause analysis for quality issues.
Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field or equivalent Experience in automotive manufacturing or fabrication. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and production equipment. Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization. Familiarity with industry standards, quality control methods, and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
