An opportunity to join as a Manufacturing Administrator with a manufacturer within the Bridgend area.
The main responsibilities of the role would be to prepare and issue quotations; support customers with stock, lead-time, and pricing enquiries; manage customer enquiries and all the administration of customer price lists, including price increases and updates; ensure all relationships with key contacts are maintained, and enhanced in line with business strategy; develop, maintain and document a detailed record of customer pricing history to include orders won and lost; utilising the companies CRM system and maintain accurate and up to date customer records; maintain export customer complaints and commission registers; effectively communicate market intelligence directly and speedily with line manager in order to minimise any commercial vulnerabilities; undertake additional duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business .e.g. preparation of tenders and quotations to support UK sales team.
