A Japanese wholesale food supplier is currently looking for a Sales Support Executive.The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the food sector and a familiarity with Japanese/Asian ingredients and food. The Sales Support Executive must be self–motivated and team focused with the ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.An understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese–speaking skills would be advantageous.

Type:Permanent, Full timeWorking Hours: 09:00–17:30 from Monday to FridaySalary: GBP23k–GBP25k depending on experienceLocation: Manchester city centre (Hybrid working style)

Sales Support Executive Main Responsibilities:• Processing purchase orders from UK and European customers and related administration duties using SAP• Dealing with telephone and emailed–based queries relating to customer orders, products and deliveries• Supporting the sales team with their customer administration and input of data setting up new lines and pricing• Answering phone calls, emails and dealing with queries from clients• Providing a high level of customer service to external clients

Sales Support Executive Ideal Candidate:

• Native level of Mandarin and good English–speaking skills (knowledge of Japanese a plus) • High level of IT awareness: SAP.
