Responsibilities:
- Support the business-wide roll-out of Agile by creating and delivering training programs in line with the SWS Playbook to various roles and levels of seniority
- Guide and train Scrum teams, working closely with PMO, Programme Managers, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters to initiate Agile projects successfully
- Introduce effective governance techniques while shaping planning and product backlogs, epics, and user stories on pilot projects
- Provide guidance and influence to multiple stakeholders across the business and IT, fostering collaboration and successful adoption of Agile practices
- Assist technical teams in enhancing their Agile practices, including test-driven development, test automation, working practices, environment setup, and code reviews
- Establish communication guidelines to improve team productivity
- Assess the organization and recommend the appropriate Agile scaling methodology
- Drive the necessary changes to support the Agile squads in delivering successful outcomes
- Utilize JIRA tooling for project management and reporting purposes
- Mentor Agile squads throughout the transformation process and report on key metrics such as velocity, DOD, burndown/up, etc.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Management Consultant, preferably in an Agile environment
- Strong Agile Scrum and Trainer experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to guide and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
